The 2022 Knock ME Down Adventure Race has now opened for booking at this link.
The Knock ME Down Challenge and MÓR events have proven remarkably popular since their inception in 2016, when there were just 80 participants. In 2022 there will be over 600 people taking part across the two disciplines.
The Challenge is a 35km event with the MÓR being a 58km event. Both involve cycling, running (or walking) and kayaking around the Knockmealdown Mountains.
