Knockmealdown Active Cycle May 6th, 2012

Knockmealdown Active will hold a tour of the Knockmealdown Mountains Cycle on Saturday May 6th, 2012.

The route is 90km starting in Ardfinnan and taking in the towns of Clogheen, Ballyporeen, Kilworth, Ballyduff, Lismore, Cappoquin, Newcastle, Goatenbridge and back to Ardfinnan. Further route details and directions for SatNav are available on the Garmin site here.

Registration is at Ardfinnan Community Hall (in the middle of the town, beside the church across from the green) from 9am. The cycle starts at 10am sharp.

You can find accommodation at a number of local establishments including Kilmaneen Farmhouse  in Newcastle and the Hermitage House  in Clogheen.
